She is a Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC) and Information Systems Professional who has a multi-disciplinary background. Dorothy has Prosci Change Management Certification and is ITIL Foundations certified in Versions 2 and 3. Dorothy is an organizational problem-solver with excellent consulting, diagnostic, analytical, facilitation and communications skills. She is a successful Change Manager Practitioner starting in 1992 working Internationally with Deloitte Global. Most recently she has worked primarily in the Public Sector in several departments including NR Can, Elections, and Shared Services.
